Brewing Method:

 

  • Use 100°C spring water to awaken its complexity.
  • Add 7-8g tea leaves to a 150ml gaiwan or clay pot.
  • First rinse (10 seconds) to clean leaves; steep 15-20 seconds for the first infusion, gradually increasing steeping time by 10 seconds for subsequent brews (up to 10 infusions).
  • Best enjoyed in a calm setting to appreciate its evolving nuances, from floral freshness to deep, mellow sweetness.
